(Possibly)Mexican Cheese Dip!

A fun cheese dip for all occasions.

1 kilo Kraft Singles 500 ml cream Onions, chillies, capsicums, whatever you want to add to give the dip chunkiness

A microwave safe bowl

First, dice up the vegetables and satuee them in a little butter. Set them aside to cool. Cut up the cheese roughly and put it in a microwave safe bowl with 3/4 of your cream. Microwave on high for one minute and take it out to check the consistency. If it's too creamy, drain some of the liquid out. If it's dry, add more cream. Microwave until you achieve ideal consistency- it should move when the bowl is titled, but very slowly. Add your chunky vegetable pieces, and remember that this recipe always tastes best the second time it's heated up!
