Cinnamon Toast

Cinnamon Toast
Quantities for: 2-4 portions

Difficulty: Easy

A quick and easy breakfast that is great for all occasions. Reminds me of Sunday mornings as a child.

Ingredients

  • 4 Pieces of Bread (White or Wheat)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon (or more, whatever)
      • NOTE - All ingredient amounts relative

Utensils

Preparation

  • Butter your bread and arrange on the baking sheet
  • Sprinkle the desired amount of sugar and cinnamon onto the buttered bread
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Bake for 5 - 10 minutes until golden brown/delicious

Trimmings

Cinnamon toast is always best suited with an ice cold glass of 2% milk, also you could serve with fruit to make a complete and hearty breakfast that even the kids will enjoy.

Alternatives

For a healthier alternative you may also use a butter substitute or yogurt, and wheat bread for the toast
