You can either use Vanilla essence or vanilla sugar for baking.

• 1 packet of vanilla sugar contains about 8 g and is equivalnt to about 5 drops (?) of vanillla essence.
• You can prepare your own vanilla sugar. It is sugar, which contains at least 25% real crushed vanilla beans.
• Vanilla essence (and other essences) are also obtainable in small phials containing about 5 drops (?) each.
