Mushroom Broccoli Casserole

Mushroom Broccoli Casserole tastes great and makes an excellent fast dinner. This is a simple pasta and broccoli casserole with a creamy mushroom sauce.

[edit] Ingredients

  • 16 oz. spiral pasta
  • 1 regular can mushroom soup
  • 1 head broccoli
  • Grated cheese for topping (optional)

  • 1 medium casserole dish

  1. Bring pot of water to a boil then add the pasta and reduce heat
  2. Chop the broccoli into small pieces and steam in a pot until cooked
  3. When both pasta and broccoli are cooked, combine both with the can of mushroom soup in your casserole dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top if you are using it.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes (until sauce is bubbling)
