Peanut butter cookies

Sweet Peanut butter cookies like I love them.

Ingredients

3/4 cup crunchy Peanut Butter

1/2 cup shortening or butter

1 cup brown sugar with some vanilla sugar

4 tablespoon milk

4 tablespoon cacoa powder

1 egg

2 cups flour

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Utensils

2 mixing bowls

2 baking sheet

2 pieces of baking paper

1 electric mixer

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Mix peanut butter, shortening (or butter) and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until well blended.

3. Add the egg and beat just until blended.

4. Mix Flour, cacoa powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in the other bowl.

5. Combine the purport of both bowls and mix at low speed until blended.

6. Form cookies with 2 spoons and put them on the baking sheet.

7. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes.


Toppings

Dip half of the cookie in chocolate.

Side dish for

Milk or Coffee. Maybe whip creem.

Alternatives

Use chocolate sprinkles instead of cacoa.
