Ingredients

  • Snapper steak-300 grams
  • Fresh mint-10 grams
  • White wine-10 ml
  • Musk melon-250 grams
  • Natural yogurt-60 ml
  • Honey-10 ml
  • Lemon juice-05 ml
  • Rocket leaves 5 grams
  • Sun dried tomatoes-10 grams
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Season the fillet of snapper with salt and pepper and steam it for 10 minutes. (It may take longer therefore you need to have patience.)
  2. Cut the melon to finger size.(But it shouldn't be too small also) And marinate with mint and pepper.
  3. For sauce whisk the natural yogurt with salt, pepper, lemon, mint and honey.
  4. Arrange them Garnish it with fresh mint. Enjoy the meal.
